- I'm an average Chinese guy living in Kuala Lumpur who grew up in an English educated environment. My lack of Chinese language abilities is starting to bother me greatly. I can (barely) speak Cantonese and almost none of Mandarin, hence I'm known somewhat derogatorily as a 'half banana' (yellow outside, white inside). But please don't call me that. I'll prefer if you call me 'banana split' instead, thank you :)
